Vegetable Mutton Curry

 Mutton-1/2 kg,
 Potato - 250 grms.
 Peas -200 grms.
 Tomato -1 pc.
 Small cauliflower - 1/2 pc.
 Carrot - 2 pcs.
 Onion - 2 pcs.
 Garlic - 6 cloves
 Ginger paste - 2 t spoon.
 Garam masala - 1 t spoon.
 Cassia -3 - 4 pcs.
 Chilly powder - 1 t spoon.
 Termaric Powder - 3/4 t spoon.
 Sugar - 1/2 t spoon.
 Curd - 50 grms.
 Oil or Clarified butter - 75 grms.
 Salt as needed.

How to make the recipy:-
1. Peel and chop potatoes to cubes.
2. Cut cauliflower and tomato into small pieces.
3. Peel and chop carrot to big pieces.
4. Chop onion and garlic finely.
5. Mix mutton with curd and cover.
6. Add oil or clarified butter to a pan and heat it. Add garam masala, cassia, finely chopped onion and garlic and fry until onion becomes golden in colour.Now masala turns fragrant.
7. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, sugar and ginger paste and mutton pieces mixed with curd and saute for 10 minutes. Add 3 cup water to cover them.
8. Cover and cook on a low to medium heat until the mutton pieces are done almost.
9. Add the vegetables and saute.Adjust salt and cover and cook until the veggies are done fully.
10. Serve with roti or rice.
